Als Training Administration Specialist (all genders) sorgst Du für den reibungslosen Ablauf unserer (geförderten) Weiterbildungsprogramme und hältst mit dem Team eine unserer wichtigsten KPIs - die Absolventenrate - auf einem hohen Niveau. Du begleitest Teilnehmende auf ihrer Lernreise und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden ihre Trainingsziele erreichen und die bestmögliche Lernerfahrung mit uns haben.
Schwerpunkte Deiner Rolle:
- Planung & Durchführung: Du organisierst Trainings und begleitest Teilnehmende während des gesamten Ablaufs
- Prozesse & Reporting: Du stellst reibungslose Abläufe sicher, optimierst sie kontinuierlich und erstellst relevante Reportings; inklusive administrativer und technischer Unterstützung
- Koordination & Schnittstelle: Du koordinierst abteilungsübergreifend (z. B. Sales, Mentoring, Content, Engineering) und bist zentrale Kommunikationsschnittstelle zu Teilnehmenden und Stakeholdern
- Konzeption & Skalierung: Du unterstützt die Entwicklung neuer Trainingsformate und gestaltest schlanke, skalierbare Workflows
- Projektverantwortung & Agilität: Du übernimmst eigenständig Projekte, definierst Key Results und arbeitest flexibel in sich ändernden Prozessen
Das bringst Du mit
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise (aber nicht zwingend) mit psychologischem, pädagogischem oder ähnlichem Hintergrund; Quereinsteiger:innen sind willkommen
- Technische Affinität und schnelle Einarbeitung in administrative Tools; idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Asana, HubSpot/CRM, Slack, MS Office und/oder LMS (Learning Management System)
- Organisationstalent und Leidenschaft für Prozessoptimierung, Du steuerst eigene Projekte souverän
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Empathie im Umgang mit Teilnehmenden, Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen (E‑Mail, Telefon, Webinar/Meeting)
- Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigenmotivation, Teamgeist und Freude an agilen Methoden
- Vorteil: Erfahrung im Customer Support sowie mit geförderten Weiterbildungen/Agentur für Arbeit oder im B2B‑Kontext
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (min. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
