Als Business Development Manager - Partnerships (all genders) bist Du Teil unseres wachsenden Sales Teams und verantwortlich für den Aufbau, die Pflege und den Ausbau unseres Partnernetzwerks. Dein Fokus liegt dabei klar auf der Umsatzgenerierung durch strategische Partnerschaften – sowohl mit bestehenden als auch mit neuen Partnern.
Gemeinsam mit Deiner Führungskraft entwickelst Du Vertriebsstrategien und setzt diese eigenverantwortlich um. Durch Dein Gespür für Marktchancen, Deine starke Netzwerkfähigkeit und Deine analytische Denkweise trägst Du maßgeblich dazu bei, unseren Vertrieb weiter zu skalieren.

Schwerpunkte Deiner Rolle:
- Du verantwortest Deinen eigenen Umsatz und treibst aktiv die Zielerreichung voran
- Du gewinnst neue Partner und entwickelst kreative Wege der Partnerakquise
- Du baust bestehende Partnerschaften strategisch aus und pflegst diese nachhaltig
- Du entwickelst und setzt Vertriebsstrategien gemeinsam mit Deiner Führungskraft um
- Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing, Produkt und Operations zur Zielerreichung zusammen
- Du analysierst Markttrends und identifizierst neue Geschäftspotenziale
- Du übernimmst eigenständig Projekte sowie die Teilnahme an Messen und Events
Das bringst Du mit
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im Partner- oder B2C-Umfeld
- Starke Sales-Skills und Abschlussstärke
- Strategisches Denken kombiniert mit einer hands-on Mentalität
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Netzwerkfähigkeiten
- Analytisches Denken und datengetriebene Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen und gängigen Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Eigenmotivation
- Du beherrschst die Sprachen Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift
